Try copying the files from the CD into a tempory Directory on your C: Drive such as "C:\Nene" and run the Setup.exe from there. It might just be a grubby Disc

Also, have you got the default routes installed???

Goto My computer, click on 'Boot C' if you have it and click 'File' then 'New' and the type in the name of what you want the folder to be.

Hi Chris

Go in to my computer (you'll find this on either your desktop or on the Start menu), double click on the c: icon (sometimes called Hard Disk or Local Disk) then on the left hand side of the window you'll see 'Make new directory', click on that and a folder will appear called 'New Folder'. Right Click on this select 'Rename' then type in Nene. Then go back to My computer and on the D:NVR or whatever your CD/DVD drive is, right click on that and select 'Explore'. Select all the files by left-clicking once on the top file, then go down to the bottom file then while holding down the left 'Shift' key, left click the mouse again, and you'll see that all the files are selected. Then on the left hand side of the window you'll see 1/4 of the way down 'Copy the selcted files too...', click on that and a window will pop-up asking you where to copy to. Click on the 'Nene' folder and click 'OK'

Hope this helps

Darren

Just a thought Chris - have you tried cleaning your Nene Valley CD? If it's dirty it can cause installation problems.

Cheers
