Well we've given you all the help we can. It seems that none of the downloads you requested are availible, so you'll have to make them yourself. If you're hoping someone else will make them for you, I'm afraid requests for models usually fall on deaf ears. When people build/reskin a freeware model they pick prototypes that they want to see, so unless there happens to be someone else out there who wants to see the stuff you listed above as much as you do then you're pretty stuck.
Sorry to blunt, but as a general rule, if you want something for MSTS, you have to make it yourself! ;-)

For Instance I don't have Microsoft Paint Shed, so I have to use the Paint tool. Could anyone find some faces of Oliver smiling and looking straight please? Oh! By the way, where is sillyevan64's Donald & Douglas Mega Pack, I heard that he made the two engines, but I can't find it! My email is [edited] thanks!

You don't need any commercial programs IE Paintshed or TSM to reskin.

Have a mooch around the various Thomas sites, if not, I'm sure the current Oliver model comes with a face - if you ask the author, he may let you use it?

If you've got either the ERTL or Hornby model of Oliver you could take a photograph of the face on that ;-)

Series 10 features the WHR 2-6-2T "Russell" in a grey colour.
To save any wasted work, I have to point out that my Russell model would not be available for Thomas reskins!

Quite right - see http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?t=58336 for a refresher course on permissions etc.

From the posts above, it looks unlikely Eddie - you may have to do it yourself if you really want these. By following the tutorials carefully, you may find it's not as difficult as you think. :)

Nobodies going to give you MSTS Paint Shed for free, so don't even bother thinking about it.

You don't even NEED MSTS Paint Shed to reskin locos and rolling stock.

How is he 'not working?'

There could be a million and one ways he's not working. More details are needed.

Well, it goes like this: Whenever I put my models into a consist, they just don't save for some reason. I just think it has something to do with the TGA or the Paint Tool. Please Help!
