Has that video been retouched? Any airliner whacking itself down on the nosewheel like that is going to break it. Looks like a student flight too, or perhaps there was some serious windshear at low level.

Hmmmmm... I reckon that's been faked up. One small bounce perhaps but the damper units in the suspension would've killed that bounce dead after the first.

As the title says, it is an advert, and it has indeed been retouched - if you watch, you can see the focus shift on the aircraft as it goes from CGI to a real image.

It is a very funny advert, though!

So what was the pilot actually doing? Headbutting the control column? Or was the instructor on this flight trying to frighten his student? Or was the captains girlfriend at the controls....

The FAA established that the Citation should never have landed on the runway - it never normally served jet aircraft. The Citation was also landing with a tailwind. I think they used the data to check the performance graphs and found that the landing distance expected was longer than the runway available!

I can't even take off in MSTS Flight Sim, I can drive any Train in MSTS okay, but put me in the cockpit and you' be better off using the autopilot to take off.

You can't use the autopilot to take off but you can land it with the autopilot at some airports.
