As the title says, it is an advert, and it has indeed been retouched - if you watch, you can see the focus shift on the aircraft as it goes from CGI to a real image.
It is a very funny advert, though!

The FAA established that the Citation should never have landed on the runway - it never normally served jet aircraft. The Citation was also landing with a tailwind.
