Waiting Times

The MSTS Activity Editor allows you to make your own activities, or missions, for the player to complete. This is also how you can get lots of other trains running while you drive yours!

Waiting Times

Post by generalmotors228 »

When I write a path with a waiting time (say 60 seconds for arguements sake) and then watch the trains run in AE the train on that path with the waiting point will wait for the 60 seconds!

When I re-load AE the train dosn't wait (it dosn't even stop at the waiting point) and when I re-check the properties for the waiting point the waiting time is reset to 0 seconds!

Any ideas?

Waiting times never worked on the original MSTS. If youve upgraded it with the Bin patch (see the other forum threads on this subject) they will now work for AI trains, but still have no effect for the player service. You can use multiple wait points to break the AI or Player service path to allow another service right of way.

Try a search for wait points for further information
