Dorset Coast Version 4

Post by frankgtoner »

I have downloaded all the files for Dorset Coast V.4.[I have V. 3 on CD]. I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to install these files into MSTS. Your help would be much appreciated.

copy and paste the file folder 'Dorset' to the location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\ROUTES (providing you have a default MSTS installation)
If promted to overwrite, click yes.
Then go into the 'Dorset' folder and run the installme.bat file
Then you should be ready to go... :)

Carl,

Surely the readme says to just extract it to the C: Drive and run the installme.bat. :-?

Cheers

Hi
You definatly have to put it in the route folder it will go into the Dorset folder, then as Carl click yes to overwrite messages, then click Dorset 4 install bat, don't worry if it says it can't find some objects it will work ok.

Once you have done that then install the DC 4 patches.
