The US may be confused about their railways (or indeed railroads) but I'm confused about this thread...what S&C comments?

ah well they've gone and changed it now - it was the picture in the letterhead of the article I linked to, which was obviously a picture of the S&C, a long long way from Washington DC. Never mind.
