what do you do with the file siglight.ace thats in the folder my route/textures in the 1.7 mstsbin patch.

What do you plan on doing with it? I'd leave it there mate, where it's meant to be. :wink:

This is the one George prefers, showing a brighter light than the default one.

If copied into a route's TEXTURES folder it will replace the existing one.

Try it in one route to see whether you like it. If you do not then you can replace it with one of the default ones from other routes !

It also appears to alter the size of the light displayed, makes it smaller, due I presume to the increase in size of the texture file but the actual lens remaining the same size, if you do use it to get a brighter light you may well have to change the radius for each signal type and lens in the sigcfg.dat file, but that may well have the effect of reducing the brightness.
