I've been looking at everyone's favourite screenshots of 2006, and thought it was time for those of us who photograph the real thing to contribute. Never the best picture, but a memorable moment, a last seminar with 87002 at Euston after working 1B05, 22/12/06. At 2053 she left for WB ECS to cheers and applause from the gathered bashers, cranks and staff, farewell class 87 passenger action...

It was a superb and fitting farewell, 30ish in the rear coach, familiar faces in the main, no antics, just a low key run, a fitting farewell to the class...
