Coach Sounds louder than Locomotive Beats
Ive been havin problems with the sounds, that when im say using 45110 on the SVR, the coach sounds are far louder than the locomotive, including whistle and beats. And ive tried a train with 45110 and 8 coaches, with 48773 on the back, and I can hear 48773 when ive got the view right 45110, 8 coaches down. And when I double head, the AI loco makes so much noise, you cant hear the leading loco. So whats going on there?

You don't say how long this has been going on. Did you make any changes before it started?
I wonder what version of the genpasswagsteam sms file in MSTS sound you are using. Perhaps changing this would solve the problem.

this may well be a ttype.dat problem. that is, the problem is track sounds rather than carriage sounds.
i found that if you replace "ukSteamTrack0In.sms" and "ukSteamTrack2In.sms" with "raeurotrack0in.sms" and "raeurotrack2in.sms" respectively (if you have them in your MSTS main Sound folder) this gets rid of a lot of the racket. you may anyway want to change the carriage sounds, by reducing volume or substituting a different version, but do try thr ttype.dat mod first.
hope this helps
