I recken requests for this one have been more numerous than any other - what you need to do is to 'chivvy' Mark Shipman to do one - he must be getting bored with turning out 40's by now!

Ah but Marks turning his attention to 37's now and then it will be the much anticipated Westerns. Maybe after that if Mark is on a Hydraulic fix!

I've been thinking about what to do after I run out of English Electric Diesel's, I think some Hydraulics will probably follow, I really want to do some D600 original warships, probably all of them, that will give me a base I can modify to get classes 21/22/29. A Hymek is certainly on my list, but then so is everthing else... it could be years before I get to it at this rate so if anyone else wants to start one i'd be more than happy.

A Hymek is on my list of locos along with the Warship (the Warship is in the top 3 of new locos to do), but I don't know where they Hymek is on the list. If you ned 1 soon I could do it before the end of the year, however if you are prepared to wait I would suggest waiting for Mark's as his will be better.

I'll do a Hymek starting August 1st

Post by 46009 »

If anyone can send me the plans for a Hymek I will start right away. I haven't got anything to do other than route building.

That is fine with me, I don't have any plans myself, but someone on here must. Come on folks get him the plans and lets have a Hymek, then I will have more incentive for a Warship :D.

Post by rikrobson »

Hi guys,

I've been working on a hymek. got the model done and been struggling texturing it. Needs some work on the bogies as well.

Sorry I haven't finished it sooner but with work and the OU i don't seem to have very much time to play "build the Hymek"

Incedently does anyone know the tranition speeds for the hydralic gear box??
