Steve, yes I would never consider only doing the one variant, i'm trying to work out how to manage it so that I dont have hundreds, with the buffer beam skirt/round or oval buffers/refurbished/ETH/snowploughs/headlights/odd horn locations/missing water tanks and the numerous odd ball versions, it could soon get out of hand.

I plan to do a repaint kit with all the different shape options available as I dont think I will be able to do all the variants myself, at least not and remain sane.

It does look good, and i personally think that your locos do look like the real thing.
