Brake & Throttle Settings

Hi,

Currently I have an engine with a variable power setting. Think that's what it's called where the power is increased by percentage randomly, but not as notches. Also have one with a combined power and brake handle (the A & D buttons control throttle as well as brakes).

How do I change both of them to have seperate power (notch type) and brakes (brakes using : and @ keys) in the .eng files.
