During the install process you get the option to select (tick box) the transparency and sound addons.
Cheers

Re: MSTSbin Frequently Asked Questions
Just re-install the exact same version of it again, right over the top of the existing install. This shouldn't cause any problems, since you need it to be completely installed irregardless of rather you are keeping it or uninstalling it right afterwards. That should give you back your missing file, and unless you have made other modifications to the other files involved elsewhere, you should be back in action.

Re: MSTSbin Frequently Asked Questions
Hi,
One question: I read at the train-sim.com forums that you can lock the spotter cam and watch the entire train with MSTS bin. How do you do this?
Thanks

Welcome to the forums
If you install the Bin patch then camera 4 is ammended to watch the whole train pass before changing location.
If you want to lock the camera from panning you need to press ctrl+shift+9
Same again to release.

Re: MSTSbin Frequently Asked Questions
My spotter cam is only watching the first five or ten cars on the train and is then switching views. Even when I locked it from panning, it still didn't watch the whole train. I did a full uninstall and reinstall of MSTS bin and it still won't work. I know bin is working, however, because I have used the cab switching feature successfully. Any ideas?

Re: MSTSbin Frequently Asked Questions
Not really unless you're using one of the earlier bin patches... I think you need to be on 1.7.22 or above.MetraFan wrote:My spotter cam is only watching the first five or ten cars on the train and is then switching views. Re: MSTSbin Frequently Asked Questions
I have just reinstalled Windows and MSTS. However, my search for a download of Bin is leading me nowhere. I getting a 404 message - 'broken'. Does anyone know of another site from which I can download the Bin files?
