Any Program to Edit MSTS .S file?

Is there any programs for editing & changing the properties of MSTS Shape ( .S ) files? Or can we convert .S files to any other formats? Eg:( .3ds )

No, not in the way I think you envisage. That would be reverse engineering of someone's work, so is not allowed.

It is possible to decompress a .s file and edit it in Notepad (eg to apply a different texture for a reskin) but I doubt that's what you were looking for.

Shape File Manager allows you to alter some parameters of an.s file such as texture settings, scale, position and distance levels.
