I created a new route. And created some activities. All are working OK. But now, I need to create Introductory Train Ride (ITR) Activity for this route. How can I make the Introductory Train Ride for my new route?

You make the activity as normal in the MSTS AE and save it. Then open the act file in wordpad and about 8 lines from the top of the file change the line Mode (2) to Mode (0) and it will become the ITR for that route.
Obviously you can only have one ITR in a route.

The ITR commentary for the default routes are stored in the sounds folder as .wav files called itr_*.wav where * is a number of the wav file in question. (eg itr_1.wav, itr_2.wav etc)
Im guessing here but you could probably replace those but use the same naming structure and it should work. I couldn't find out where these wav files are called from, maybe someone else will know that
