Impossable to contact admin?

hello, i have had an account on this site since what must have been 2001 time, and i had forgotten the password. I have been unsuccefully trying to retreve it or a new one for over 2 weeks, so much so that ive had to sign up under a new name. Ive tried to use the automatic system several times to no avail and also several e-mails have been sent to the admin, with no reply. I want to sign up to become a premium member again and buy somemore cds, but at the moment with the service ive recieved being so poor, ive got no confidence to put my credit card information in under this login with the knowledge that its unlikely that, should i have any problems i wont get a reply.

I will make enquiries this evening and endeavour to sort out your access problem.

You never know, things may be under way already. Please bear in mind that the whole website is run as a hobby by Matt (NeutronIC) and is subject to "real" work and family commitments.

Sorry, i've been really busy over the weekend (my birthday on the 29th) and at parents so not really doing much with email.
