when is the best time to download the stunning looking lyme regis route as i am non-premium... unless anybody has got a link to another site that is not so restricted... thanks in advance

To answer your original post...
There's not necessarily a "best time" to log on to UKTS to download files - you'll appreciate that any non-premium member will want to beat the crowd and, i expect, the middle of the night is often as busy with queues for downloading as the middle of the day.
The only way to head the queues off at the pass is to get a premium account. It's cheap - less than the price of a couple of pints, and if you order one of the many splendid routes fron the site (£4.40 for community CDs), you get one month premium usage free - as UKTS is the best site for UK routes, you cannot do better for choice or value for money!
