My copy arrived from Play.com this morning. Just completed activity EC2-03 13.16 to York from Peterborough with HST. Another great high speed running route if you like this aspect of MSTS. You have to keep the power on if you are to meet the tight timetable. Ran in to York 37 seconds down which is not too bad.
Now looking forward to the "Last train from Kings Cross" which completes the full length from KX to York but that will have to wait until I have more time.
I am well satisfied with my purchase.

That's the downside to long routes like this, finding the time to do so! However, I can set up two computers next to each other, drive on one, work on the other!
(I would make such a bad driver in real life! )

Deltic cruising from York to Doncaster.

Obviously the Deltic isn't on the pack :) The coaches are from the pack however. The camhack is downloadable.

I don't really know either station that well so apologies if these don't show the detail you're looking for :)

Hi Matt
Thanks for those great screenshots. :P
It seems to match part one fairly accurately...York is obviously greatly simplified, as was Peterborough...although of course this helps msts frame rates.
Still looks like great fun to drive.

Got mine this morning, there goes getting the housework done!

Ran the White Rose activity (Peterborough to Doncaster), track laid well and no apparent kinks or sudden height changes and very picturesque (although every hoarding and lorry I saw was advertising Europeanbahn, bah!). Only problem, and it's bound to happen with such high-speed routes, is that it's a little boring, there's not much change scenery-wise to keep one interested.

And 'fess up, who stole the plaque off Mallard??!! :D

The case claims that it has "Interactive Sidings at Doncaster & York" whatever that means as I cannot find any reference in the Manual
Also "functional points in the tunnel (unique to this product)". Forgot to look out for these on my maiden run.
