problem is evry time i get the rolloing stock install it i get more messages there seems to be a lot of stuff u need for that route that i dont have.JohnOz wrote:Short probable answer: MSTS is looking for that particular item of rolling stock.
Do you have that item of stock? If so, is it in a consist? If not, you will either have to find the item or change it to another one.
MTS isnt very user friendly ive given trying to install this route.
Unless you already have a lot of French locos and rolling stock, you will need to download it to run the activities that are supplied with the route.
OR
You can delete the files in the Activities, Services and Traffic folders in the route folder (or better still move them into another folder) and use your current stock and consists to explore the route - as long as there are paths in the Paths folder of the route.
Your are right - MSTS can be user-unfriendly, but that's why these forums are here - to help you have a great experience with MSTS.
P.S. I did not see that you were new to these forums, otherwise I would have given you the long answer in my earlier post. Don't give up on the route. I'm sure that you will enjoy it. And you can always download the French locos and rolling stock later.
