Installing the french PSO route

Post by JPMASSON »

Hello everybody,
Has anyone got in the trouble I recently experienced, trying to install the "PSO_v3" french route (Paris-Limoges) ? It consists of a ".exe" file and six others, named "PSO_v3.D01" to ".D06". The .exe file starts correctly and install some elements then finish by asking to "insert disk 01" as if the following files were on a CD... which is evidently not the case : they are on a USB key or in a folder, next to PSO_v3.exe, on my computer hard disk. How can the automatic installer be pointed onto the D01 to D06 files ? I think it is probably rather trivial but, so far, I've not found the clue...

Thank you for any help that will be most welcome !

I've had this problem before with other routes, try putting MSTS disk 1 into your C drive while installing the route and see what happens

Cheers...

The error message is saying it can't find the second file in the zipped file set...ignore the "Insert...." text.

If you have unzipped all six downloads into the same folder giving seven files in total; an .exe and a .D01 through to .D06 then running the .exe should work OK.
