i have jusr re-installed LSE route , having taken it off, earlier this year, installed as usuall with updates ffrom MT website, installed some activities, and checked for l;atest Tsec.dat installed, ,,now MSTS loads up,drive train menu loads , choose route, LSE, and it crashes half way through load up, either in explore mode or activity mode, dont know why, please other than iv installed this route, everything was fine , any suggestions please,, T I A , antony

LSE requires UK Finescale tracks installed.

Hi Jon and thx, but, instaleed and reinstalled as above , still crashing to desktop, ,, sort of half way thru loading LSE,to explore route, any other suggestions , please,

Hi Tony
The only other thing I can suggest is if you have applied the latest patch which gives a better enviroment,have you got textured skies selected in the options screen.
Or if you have Route Riter check the route to see if anything is missing.
Finally turn all your msts settings down, if it then starts try bring them slowly backup.

Sounds to me like the tsection.dat issue.
Probably broken something by installing a backdated tsection.dat

thx , but no go, just reinstalled xtracks and latest tsec. as well as latest ukfinscale, the damn route starts off setting up simulator, then almost to the end , crashes to desktop. i really want to get this route going so any help much appreciated,, thanks, Antony

Try using Train Store, maybe something else is conflicting with the route.

yeh i know but it was,ent showin in mytrainset floder, well its all running ok now after yet another re-in stall, keep my fingers crossed ,thx for the advice, .

Perhaps because instead of trying to be aware, and taking note of what you are doing, and fixing the actual problem (e.g. a missing file?) you just use a brute force re-install.

Whatever you did to get into the mess will happen again (on this route or another route). You will re-install again. Completely unnecessarily.
