London & South East from:
http://www.makingtracks-online.co.uk/
Available from UKTS CD ordering at £24.99p.

Chris.

P.S. There might be a problem with registering for the free months premium subs.
Due to a change in the way that 'London South East' serial numbers are issued by the product's publisher, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer the one month free on registration.

Previously the registration of a copy of the superb MakingTracks product 'London South East' (LSE) meant that you would receive one month free premium access to UKTrainSim.

We have recently had a spate of problems where lots of people have found themselves attempting to register a code that is apparently used by someone else - even though the product was in a sealed package!

I've been undertaking an investigation of what's happened and having discovered the problem a number of ideas were mooted to come to a resolution.

Essentially what it boils down to is that the Serial Number for all new copies of LSE is the same. Rather than the usual (and indeed previous) practice of having a unique serial number on each copy, there is now a single one that is printed right on to the manual.

Unfortunately this effectively disables our registration system, which fundamentally relies on the unique serial number to function.

A number of ideas have been discussed such as asking you to cut up your manual to send us the serial number but i'm unhappy with that solution for all sorts of reasons.

There are some other ideas that we're considering for future products as MakingTracks have expressed an interest in continuing with the deal in some of their new add-ons, but for London South East - where the manual is already printed and the copies are 'out there' I think the damage has been done and it's time to finish it.

So, here's the upshot:

If you try to register it and it works, you will get your free month as you have one with a unique serial number.

If it does not work then I am extremely sorry to say that you will not be able to benefit from the offer this time around.

Whether future products will be able to include the "1 month free" deal is not yet known, it has certainly not been ruled out and options are being investigated, we'd certainly like to continue to offer this!

Finally, please accept my apologies for this, but it is out of my control, without that unique serial number on the product you purchased anyone could email me and claim free premium access.
