have you got win rar, this will unzip/extract the route for you and put it in the default directory, if u not got it in default directory u have to put it in manually. Remember to click the install.bat file after you done this or it wont work. If u not got winzip or winrar then i dont think you will be able to use the route or in fact any route as u need to unzip the files.

Sorry if this doesnt help

Can I suggest that you re extract them to a folder on the desktop (called Dorset) then move the folder to the ROUTES folder in the MSTS directory. Then re-run the BAT folder.

Have you looked at my support pack avalible on UKTS?

James.

Hi Tom,

Are you installing from the CD and upgrading or are you installing the complete downloadable pack?

Hello tis me again with the same kind of problem.
Thames-Mersey the complete files. Ive extracted them to a directory on my desktop and then placed the file into the routes folder, but the main install doesnt work. Once again no files copied. The different ones work though like the pre- steam. Its just the main intsall me isnt copying.

Ah I know a solutin I think.

Some spyware clients and antvirus/firewall's block the bat script that runs. Diable any of them that are running and try running the bat file again.

I remember it happened to me when i originally had TM and Dorset!
