Hi, I'm having a snag with Shape Viewer V1.6. It keeps failing to run, and instead displays the following:
Run-time error '429':
You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality
So, the question is: What am I doing wrong? I've tried re-installing it, and even un-installed Route Riter just to ensure that this isn't causing the problem (incidentally, the 'RR' version gave the same message) ...
Does anyone have any clues?
Regards,
Mike

Cheers for the reply, Jon.
I've tried everything suggested there, but the problem persists.
Incidentally, Shape Viewer RR4 just tells me that I don't have a license, but doesn't give the 'error 429', whereas the other version (as well as the one in its own folder) give the full error message.
I'm now thoroughly confused!
Can anyone else throw any light?
Mike
