Highland Mainline CD Shots (big pics)

Post by jpantera »

Here is some shots from the Acts for the CD which should appear in the New Year at some stage once all permissions are gained and activities tested.

37404 blasts out of Blair Atholl on a Xmas extra circa 1992

37152 leaving Inverness on a land cruise.

Loco Hauled trains rule!

37427 Highland Enterprise meets a northbound land cruise at Slochd summit.

The line has been tweaked a bit since the initial release and now has updated to 1993 speed limits which include a stretch at 100 mph!

I am unsure yet how much of the Aberdeen line will be included as I am waiting on research material (delayed due to Xmas) for it so will depend how much I can get done before the CD activities are ready.

Looks great - I can't wait for this CD! For some reason I've had a lot of problems getting AI traffic to behave on the highland mainline obeying signals, but I'm sure I'll get there in the end.

You probably know already, but the new Locomaster Profiles 'Double Scotch' DVD released recently has the Aberdeen-Inverness route on disc 1. I received my copy yesterday and it is hellfire. :D

Beast, was wondering if we'd ever see '152 in MSTS.
