Warley

Post by trains2 »

Just a quick post to see if anyones going to Warley on 3rd/4th Dec - it has certainly come around quickly!

I will be going on Sunday, and I know that Matt Spencer (250787) is hopefully joining me. I shall be wearing my UKTS shirt naturally.

Looks set to be another great show, Bachmann should have the 57 ready (hopefully), and Hornby might even have a preview of the 60 - yum yum. :)

And apparently, according to RM, there is 'something very special for modern image modellers', but they haven't said what. Sounds interesting.

I'll be there on the Saturday - just posted off for our free 1st class train ticket (lucky us!)

I'm grabbing 4 new items of stock there - the 57 (subject to completion!), Ivatt 4, A3 & some Pullman Mk.1's

There is a pic of the 57/0 on the homepage of Bachmann's site - but they're not in in the 'during Nov.' list and unless they plan on releasing it at Warley it won't be there.

I think the first class ticket things need to be recieved by them before the 15th of November.

I might be able to come on Saturday, but It's sort of 50/50 ATM.

I'm talking about TfL here - what are you talking about? My family gets a limited number of free first class tickets per year. A great bonus!

Nope. centrepiece last time was David Lloyd George, but this time it's Electra. I'll probably be there on Saturday, as things are currently going my way back here.
