TV Alert!!

Post by danielw2599 »

Just to let you know (sorry if you allready do) "The Tube" returns to ITV to day at 19:30 for a new series, and this episode centers around 7/7/5.

I think its on ITV London, so some digital viewers may need to search for it.

It is only on ITV London, and Digital Satellite Channel 963. It is not available outside London on Freeview or Analogue

Outside London ITV will be broadcasting local programmes in each region.

Later it may be sold to Sky 3 when the series has been finished by ITV (it has done before), so freeview and digital viewers will have a chance to watch it then.

I watched it on sky channel 963 and at the end of the credits it mentioned it was a co production between ITV London, Sky travel and another company. Also on TFL website it states that the series will be shown on Sky Travel.

Hi

After Looking through the Sky travel listings, it looks like the new episodes of The Tube will be shown on Friday the 11th at 19:30 and the second episode following at 20:00, both repeated at 00:00 and 00:30

Unfortunately for those without a Satellite Wok strapped to the wall, Sky Travel has been replaced on Freeview by Sky Three even though it still shows as Sky Travel on the Freeview programme guide, so no doubt we will have to wait for it to come to Sky 3 or some other Freeview channel.

...but......Sky Travel is no longer available on Freeview, Freeview Channel 11 has been replaced by Sky Three, a channel which carries a wider range of programmes from other Sky channels, since October 31st. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds24574.html

However, it's possible that the programme may be repeated as there seem to be a few Travel programmes appearing on Three as well.

Have a look in this thread http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/sho ... p?t=299030
and you'll see that Sky Three has replaced Travel on Freeview.

It ISN'T Sky Travel, it just says it is. The Freeview Consortium haven't updated the Electronic Programme Guide. Did you try watching it? I did on opening night. There was a brilliant drama starring (my favourite voice over) Dervla Kirwan about a bomb plot. Also starred the blonde bint from The Commitments. Definately not a programme about airports, holiday reps or trying to promote Gran Canaria and it kept coming up with a Sky Three logo during the ad breaks. Convinced me it wasn't Sky Travel
