Wow! Good news. Are you going to round of the bonnet top? Darker blue and a funny capped exhaust.
Cheers,

Looks a bit too square and short against the picture on your site.....

Definately needs to have more length, and gain a more 'trapezium-esque' shape.

Too right David - but remember this is Murrays first ever peice of Rolling stock, so I'm expecting a few versions, as you would with any builder.
Also I've decided to rebuild Annies valve gear, and cab roof which will be done later. The textures displayed so far are only temporary BTW.

Dolphin doesn't have a 'funny capped exhaust' - that's only Walrus, which also sports alterations to the bodyside and a dome.Frsimplex1993 wrote:Wow! Good news. Are you going to round of the bonnet top? Darker blue and a funny capped exhaust.

Are you trying to texture the wrong side of the bodyside by any chance?MuzTrem wrote: texturing bugs (notably on the bonnet sides-I have made textures for these, but can't get them to show)..

I'll have a go at poly smoothing it.FRSimplex1993 wrote:Are you going to round of the bonnet top?
The textures are basically temporary, I'll make a better set once the model's right.FRSimplex1993 wrote:Darker blue
I'll look into that, yes, but unfortunatley I don't know the precise length of the prototype. I really should have brought a tape measure to the Isle of Man...rwaceyw wrote:Definately needs to have more length, and gain a more 'trapezium-esque' shape.
I think I've done it right, but I'll proobably re-make that part of the body so I'll have a better look then.JonPotter wrote:Are you trying to texture the wrong side of the bodyside by any chance?

William - width would help Murray I'm sure as well - and height to bonnet top. Also wheelbase?
