Oh no...please don't tell me I'm going to have to re-write the installer again... :x

Seriously though, we tested the installer on Jon's PC before burning the disks and everything worked fine, so I'm at a loss as to why yours isn't working :-? Are the Peter Pan consists the only ones giving problems? And have you fixed the sounds yet?

Removed files from both my home PC and my laptop and worked fine.

Paul, please answer Murray's questions and then we'll see if we can trace the issue. If we can't I'll check the master disc and if something's up we'll ship you a replacement.

Oh okay, maybe Paul could screenprint the errors so that we can see what type of error it is throwing up.

Sounds like a good suggestion to me. I have recieved no further contact from the others who pre-ordered, so it could be either a faulty disc or a problem at Paul's end.

White boxes with writing on the side of the track is my fault..............
You need to turn up the settings in MSTS, I can't off hand remember which ones (I'm sure someone will know), your Sim is not alpha'ing out the alpha channels set into the track textures.
Like a fool I put my copyright there..........

Too capture a warning message you need to press Alt+Print Screen, this will place the active window to the clipboard.
Then paste (Ctrl+V) into which ever image editor you use.

We've heard of one more (so far) that are like this. We will have to look at rewriting completely.

Feruary 1st date will probably have to now be pushed back.

Did you include the common.sound folders in the installer? As I used the 2 and 3 cylinder sound sets and UK whistles set, small diesels, coach sounds and wagon sounds in the stock. Its easy to forget these as they have been on your PC for so long!

I'll check Dave, a good thought although I'm sure they're in it.

Murray has noticed a problem; we will be releasing a patch early next week. If the sounds are indeed missing then these too will be sent out.
