Fine Murray.

On a much higher note, here's the latest shot of Sea Lion. Many more things (eg making the rear cab Windows elongated rather than circular) still to do, but it's moving along well now. THANKS ANDREW! (I'm not shouting BTW!)

Very bright, but not as bad as when they used to flash as they went round and round! They are in fact the same colour as the cab front - which was roughly the colour Sea Lion was last time I was on the island - 10 years ago. I must get back, it was one of the best week's holiday I've ever had.

Just a quick note to say The Groudle Forums have been deleted due to lack of use. The main Groudle site will follow soon.

A board here would be great, but I feel it's unlikely that Groudle forums will ever restart after numerous attempts to contact Matt about a board here I've got nothing. So, this thread is all that's left!

Ben - I'm didn't feel there was any point in keeping tem now this thread has restarted. To be honest, I want Groudle to progress quietly from now on, so everyone goes WOW when we finish it!

Latest wip shot of Dolphin:
Image
She now has a new, better cab and the wheels now sit properly on the track.
Still alot to do though-I need to fix some texturing bugs (notably on the bonnet sides-I have made textures for these, but can't get them to show  ), tweak the .eng file, and add headlight and possibly a driver. Hopefully I can get this done within a week or two, and then I have to learn how to use the cab editor...
