'Northern' has a NEW livery (this is livery number 3!)

Post by ArrivaTrains »

Hi guys, 156461 is sporting variation number 3 of the Northern livery.

I got a quick picture as I passed through Huddersfield tonight, but as it was dark and taken on my phone then its not really a good view

So, we now have a more 'blue' livery than before. The first 2 liveries had a nack for getting dirty too quick, so im told :-?

Thanks

I've got to say that livery is the best of the 3, hope they choose that 1.

it's the best of them, but that doesn't mean it's not rancid.

I quite like it. I notice it's missing the logo and website though!

I'd rather see that one applied but still think they should lose the purple, It would look good replaced with red to make it all patriotic :)

Slightly better than the others, still don't like the pink/purple though!

I don't like it, it looks unfinished, I prefer the version carried by 156451.

I think that that is just a few Northern stripes placed on top of an unbranded First unit.

I really like that one, much prefer it to completely purple and white. The blue adds more depth.

Will this livery be applied to all units eventually?
