train d/load

when I went on to the intuductory train ride on the acela express
i saw a two level train coming into the station. i dont know the name
of it so could you tell me where you can d/load it and can you tell me
the name of it.

Welcome to the forums.
I think your refering to the "Series 7000"...which you should already have installed (part of msts).
Select an electric route....and it should be in the drop down list.

Series 7000 in the NEC ITR? :o

I think it could be the Amtrak Genesis and Superliner coaches, which I expect you can find at http://www.train-sim.com

If it was in the ITR, then it's default stock. The only double decker stuff on Amtrak tends to be commuter rather than Superliner, but you already have the stock on your machine - you just have to find it :)
