Missing sms files?

Hi Guys

Just installed Burton, Cannock, Yorks Coast ad Mid east, packages and updates.

When I start MSTS I get a GUI sms missing error message, then when I load an activity I get multiple error messages such as GenPassWagSteam.sms missing... I obviously have some files in the wrong place or aliases screwed up somewhere...

Anybody put their finger on this? sure it will be something simple

New to MSTS but long time flight simmmer, just not figured the structure out yet lol

It is possible that the files are there but your system does not have the capacity to load them.

I am not familiar with the files you installed, but the missing sms files should be in the sim's Sound folder. If not, I can send you a copy of mine rather than your having to reinstall MSTS.

Just give me your outside email address via my forum post box.

thanx for your replies guys... I found out what I had done wrong

After installing a loco by accident in MSTS main I moved all the files and folders... unfortunateley I moved the MSTS/SOUND and CABVIEW folders as well lol.......... Learning where everything should be i guess
