Long story short, LucaZone has been banned from the UKTS forums, and has removed all his work from the file libraries. Watch this space though, since I'm sure such decent stock as the Turbo's will reappear at some point, however.

And both Turbos, or Networker Turbos, are just as good, since they are of the Networker family, although the 166 was originally known as the Turbo Express.

What is poor 166Driver going to do now?

Anyway, I thought the model was made and modified into a 166 by Dave Babb?

Indeed. Its only the people that don't have them that will have a problem now.

joea1, as I said, all pieces of LucaZone's work hosted by UKTS have been removed from the file library at his request.

Buffy did the model. Lucazone did the textures.

Hello folks,

If anybody is interested, I have the NSE 165, FGW 166, and TT 166.
You'll probably have to check cabview and sound aliases with whatever you already have though.

If you'd like the files, email me at

we1330 AT yahoo.co.uk

Best wishes, Bob.

:)

Comments like that probably won't encourage him to rush to put them back either. Not aware of the circumstances or seen the thread/post which led to the ban but at the end of the day it is any uploader's perogative (myself included) to decide if we no longer want to host our work at a particular site regardless of the effect that might have on related files. Freeware is created in spare time and shared in the community spirit. If one, rightly or wrongly, feels that community spirit has been breached then it is hardly selfish to decide the time has come to remove contributions.

As I say, not aware of the circumstances but I know if I felt I had been banned unjustifiably then withdrawing my files is a counter measure I might well contemplate.
