GNER HST125 File I/D 9199

Hi all
Can anyone help me please ?
I have downloaded and installed the GNER HST125, it installed ok but there are no sounds or cab view. Its not a zipped file but comes with an installer.
Great Model would like to use it

I think it's alliased to this one

I thought the 3.1 cab overwrote the old one? as all the HST's use the common.cab folder setup.
