Thames Trains 166 7324 < file number. but it doesnt know it on dload library
can anyone help me?

I couldn't find that file number, but here are a couple of other Class 166s that might do:
UKTS File No. 8660
UKTS File No. 10282
or the VERY old:
UKTS File No. 195

Its a case of 'read the download info'. It would appear that you do not have version 1.2 of MSTS. The boxed MSTS was originally version 1. Then patches 1.1 and 1.2 came out, available on the official MSTS website (or if you bought MSTS in the last year it should be v1.2 already). These patches added additional features to MSTS. One of which was the American SD40-2 locomotive.
It is the sounds from this locomotive that I used for the Turbo's. This requirement is in the download info.
It alos might be worth noting, that im updating a few minor things on them atm, so that they use the new 465 cab that Kenji has released. Which will be much better than the blankness they currently have.
