Possible problem with 101 (ID no: 11479)

When I tried to make an activity driving this loco, As soon as I clicked on the activity on the select an activity screen it just crashed train sim with no warning what so ever. I've tried making other activities with it on other routes, no luck, other variations in the consists, no luck. But when I just changed it to another DMU, it worked perfectly. Also, I've tried it with stuff stored and unstored from trainstore.

Any help?

Hi Chris,
I have exactly the same crash problem, but it runs in "Explore Route"
mode. Although even when using the invisible gear change it only
manages about 15 mph flat out and gives up at the sight of a gradient.
So I to need help, if anyone can give us a clue there will be two contented
simmers.

Are you sure you're using the gearing right, 1 until about 15 mph, the go to 2nd then increase the gears gradually. Also, remember to go back to 1st gear when starting.

I take your point about the gears but there is not a gear change handle in the cab, and when using the keyboard there is no indication as to which gear if any you are in ! I have had no such problems with
UKTS_5283_GREENCLASS117
which performs 100% in all respects.
So I think I shall be giving up on the 101 which is a shame as I really did like the whiskers !!!
