Why not take a screenshot of your work so far and state the problems you are having.

If anyone shows an interest and offers to help, you can email the files to them.

Remember that people struggling to get the hang of a modelling program have ambitions to build lots of things when they can.
They may not have time to help you.

That said, many of the trains you see are joint efforts or use parts of other peoples work. If its on their to do list, it makes sense to co-operate.

What might be more useful to you, and to everyone else, would be for you to upload a screenshot of the item, explain the problem you are having and ask for advice. It may only be a simple matter to cure, but another member may already have dealt with it and can give you the answer.

That way, you, and the rest of us, can learn.

Nobody likes work that is 'dumped' onto others to finish.

Ian?

Are you an I using the same brain cell lately? We seem to be posting the same answer quite often, and within minutes of each other...

I wondered who had my other brain cell.

Can I have it back? The one I have left is faulty.

To me, uploading a half finished model, asking for someone else to complete it, is says "I cant be bothered with this one...anyone else fancy a go?".

If your loosing interest in waht your working on, put it in a box and try something else. There is no harm leaving it for a while. There is no demand to get it out here for everyone to download. Its no uncommon to loose interest in what your working on. So maybe trying your hand at something else and then coming back to it later might be better.

Try keeping enthusiasm on the same project for 3 years! I circulate different jobs in order not to loose touch, while still completing tasks that add up to the big picture.
