I can't believe more people were not interested by my screenshot from the Activity Editor!

This is a bonafide 200 mile long route, virtually complete (just about to MEUK standards), with activities, that has come my way for review, in the last couple of days. If the author and I and at least one other notable 'other' can get the ducks lined up right, we should be able to get this out as a freeware download

To Woodhead standards (ie. mostly achieved with default or pre-existing models available from UKTS). There are a few patches still to be sceneried but these are still being worked on. I couldn't tell you how accurate it is but I can tell you that the builder has a huge set of personal and other photos taken of the GCR from 1970 onwards! As I said, I think its just about at MEUK standard (though short of TM4), and fully signalled. So good enough for a 200 mile steam thrash - and I think it will run great on lower spec PC's like Woodhead does. It does need a Marylebone Station though.

Anyone interested yet?

Hi Steve

Sounds superb (hopefully Jason's still working on the UKFS one though  ) We are getting a good ratio of semi-detailed long steam routes and short very-detailed steam routes; however there is still a bit of a lack for a really long but reasonably accurate steam route.
