Having premium membership didn't stop me getting the popups.

It should... Do you mean you still saw pop-ups before you signed in to the Premium area?

Here at work I don't want to leave UKTS set up to automatically sign me in when I come here, so I always get a couple of pop-ups when I select the site and then use my ID and password to get to Premium membership... But that's just because it hasn't a clue who I am until I tell it...

Maybe you have a some spyware or something installed on your PC. Its worth running virus and spyware checkers to flush them out. Or you may of installed some programs that require advertising to fund the program (Kazza, GAINE etc)

I have to say Ive never had a problem with pop ups form this site.

Is it just me but that bl**dy (I edited the original word) annoying 'You have won 3 nights in Barbados' or wherever has today started opening on top of UKTS when I log on and has to be deleted.

No problems with firefox! Get it - honest it's free and it's wonderful!!!

Read about how super it is here:
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

And download it here!
http://download.mozilla.org/?product=fi ... lang=en-US

I will admit that a slight drawback is you will need to acquire Mozilla versions of some of the plug ins you'll be using, but it's well worth it.

I have read good reports of Firefox in various magazines.

Do you reckon it's IE not UKTS?

Give it a shot, I don't get the pop-ups in either IE or Firefox but certainly Firefox is a much more pleasant experience :)

Mind you, I have to say that I never see it anywhere else apart from UKTS.

I don't know, but Firefox is good at killing popups, so either way there's a good chance it'll solve the symptoms of whatever the problem is.

However if you have a standard (i.e. non-premium) membership you should not be using a pop-up blocker on UKTS, as it removes the revenue that pays for the standard download service.

I have Premium Membership but did I see somewhere that I can tell the site to log me in automatically everytime I visit? This ad opens over UKTS before I have a chance to log in.
