Firstly I would like to say how pleasantly surprised I am with the running of Thames Mersey on my P.C. I have everything stored in Train store except a few activities on this route , I have the sound settings half way and have dropped the display sliders down a notch from my normal settings, I am running a free ram programme in the background. My p.c has only 256 of ram and my processer is only 1600, but all seems to run fairly well, obviously with a few stutters but better than expected.
Congratulations to all involved in the route production, there are few if any , that are better, either free or commercial.
I have noticed a couple of strange things which perplex me although they are not major problems, Firstly if you use the head out view from the crab cab the sim freezes and secondly on steam activities, I cannot restart a saved session, I get a message that the sim cannot find a wag file for a smoking brake van, the smoking vans are equipped with an eng file , there is no wag file, however on replacing the vans with the none smoking sort I can save normally.Does anyone else have this problem or better still the cure.

Aaahhhh... Saved sessions not reloading?
I think that is to do with the name mismatch between the name of the eng and wag files and the line next to Wagon IOr Engine in the actual file. That little thing that ConBuilder complains about so bitterly, yet doesn't seem to affect MSTS.
I seem to remember hearing that it was this naming convention that stoped saved games from being restored as the name in the Wagon or Engine line is the bit that gets saved for some obscure reason.
Best thing is to check the items in ConBuilder and if you get the name mismatch report, then run the latest RouteRiter and get it to fix all the eng and wag file names (the case-sensitive sorta option).
