Cannot Locate on UKTS...
Hi, I'm looking for file 5451, a falcon cab view apparently, that i need to use for a class 47 to run. Please can someone tell me where to find them, as i can't find anything.
Can someone also give me some idea of an age or era to "North Western Train Express" or "NWT-E"?
Much Obliged,
Graham Kendall

It was me that deleted your last post on the subject because it was directly flamebait for Fodda. I have asked that the subject be dropped, it only stirs up heated emotions and the absolute only possible outcome is people get even more upset. Drop it, leave it alone. If people come back then great, if they don't then we get to deal with it. Whether you think Fodda was justified or not is completely irrelevant, it is his right and he exercised it.

Hi Scott,
As i am a driver for EWS and used to drive class 47's - most of these locos had dual braking systems Vacuum and Air brakes. But on MSTS the game only allows one brake type per loco/train. So this is why the author released 2 versions of the class 47 cabviews because there are the animated air brake guage on the air brake version of the cab and there is also the animated vacuum brake guage on the vacuum version of the cabview too
. Also some the class 47 models on UKTS are also vacuumed-braked as well so i think that was why the vacuum cab was made for use with these locos too
.
Hope this helps

Oh, it didn't occur to me that the cabview dispute would affect my 47s- which I set up to alias to the Falcon cabview. If the dispute isn't solved soon-ish I'll do something to sort it out, but in the mean time, use the cabview linked to, and follow the instructions.

My advice is please make the effort to alter your uploads to alias another cab, and please do it soon so more new users don't download an engine they can't drive and don't know how to fix.simont wrote:If the dispute isn't solved soon-ish I'll do something to sort it out.
