CD Service-Bala V.4 Thanks Atomic/UKTS

Post by phlyer »

Just a line or two to say thank you for the excellent CD service you provide. As people are often ready and all to willing to chuck brickbats at service providers it is nice to be able to throw a bouquet in the direction of the AtomIC Systems/UKTS team (though intuition tells me they would much prefer a pint!). Last week I finally decided following all the plaudits to order Gordon Mackenzie’s Ruabon Llangollen Barmouth route from UKTS on CD. Low and behold the following day the Bala Hub V.4 is announced making what I had ordered less than complete. Some service providers would have sent exactly what I had ordered as was their right, thereby possibly getting rid of old stock and thereby costing me a further £4.50 to bring the route up the Bala V.4 Standard. Not the UKTS team they had the foresight and presence of mind to realize that although I had ordered an earlier version that I would want to have the latest version. Imagine my pleasure therefore when Bala V.4 popped through the letterbox on Tuesday. Thank you AtomIC Systems/UKTS for that and thank you Gordon Mackenzie and John Wallwork and all concerned for such and excellent product.

We were keeping the amount of Barmouth stock down due to Bala being imminently out so when after we decided we had a final master we checked the orders and stock and it was 3 orders for barmouth and only 1 copy ready to send - so we threw it in the exhibition freebie pile and just sent everyone bala hub, far easier, no point frustrating people for the sake of it :)

Glad you are enjoying the route, it's bloomin' marvellous, definitely one i'm spending a lot of time on at the moment :)

Hi Matt

I ordered the Bala Hub CD V4 on July 3rd (Order ID 15088), and would like to know when it will be mailed.
As I live in the USA what method of mailing do you use? Air mail or surface mail. If there is an extra charge for airmail please let me know and I will pay the extra charge willingly.

Many Thanks

Ken

The packages go airmail. Your order was shipped on 6th July so it should be with you shortly.

According to the database, no payment yet received for that order Trevor, drop me an email/pm with your payment details so that I can chase up what's happened - if you paid by cheque then it's possible it's gone astray in the post but let's make sure first.
