Thankyou to Matt's Parents

Post by Iluka »

Hi All

I ordered two CD's on 28 June ( Bala Hub 4 & Great British Diesels) and on 29 June I got email confirmation that both had been despatched.

This is exceptional service as I know both Matt's parents would have been "flat out" getting the Bala Hub 4 CD's ready.

Please pass onto your Parents Matt a very big thankyou from me

Kindest Regards

Mike

And the same from me - I received my CD this morning, (Wed), having ordered it last thing on Monday - magic - pity it wont install properly, but I think it's a machine problem - will scream help on Newbies forum. Thanks again for great service.
At the third pip, it will be time to open another beer. :drinking:

I also ordered mine on Sunday but have had no e-mail confirming shipping. Based on previous experience, I expect that it is winging its way across that Atlantic by now!

So mine's probably waiting on my doormat for me right now!!! And on my going-out-for-a-drink-after-work night too! :( Oh well... There's always tomorrow.

Ordered mine on Monday afternoon, got it delivered Wednesday afternoon.
Found it really easy to install and got no problems.
Tried a couple of Activities and it is Brilliant.
Thanks to all concerned with making the route and the ordering and dispatch team.
Congratulations, you are doing a great job.

I have bought quite a lot of CDs, from UKTrainsim and have ALWAYS had first class service. I eagerly await my 2 copies of the Bala Hub, one of which is for a friend who is not on the internet.
A big thankyou to all the UkTrainsim team.

When I ordered MidEast and NRRs from UKTS, I got a confirmation e-mail after they arrived.

I be ordering more once I get my PC sorted.

Thanks, but still no e-mail. The address is correct in my profile. I am also not getting e-mail notification of forum posts (see my separate post on this). Could the two be connected?

Just like to add another thank you! I ordered 3cd's including Bala Hub on Monday, received an e-mail confirmation on Monday night and the package was delivered Wednesday morning. You just can't ask for a better service.

Incidentally the Bala Hub route is brilliant!
