FR NEWS: Curly Roof Van Finished
Good news Everyone the Curley Roof Van affectionatly known as Honda (Honda CRV get it) made it's first moves around Boston Lodge today I think you'll agree it's a superhuman effort by the Boston Lodge staff to get it done by Railfest. Will post some pictures soon.
By the way the van is officially numberd 13 but carries the number 1.

Any chance you could prefix the subject line of such threads with "REAL...." so we know what you are talking about? I assumed you were discussing an MSTS model and was waiting for a screenshot to load.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Martin

My brother built and painted both coaches, the pickering and the curly roof van so can take Photos if he wishes, but probably will not. He also did MOST of the signwritting. His name is Glenn and is a well respected member of the paid staff.
Will be seeing the Curly Roof Van finished for the first time myself at York and will take LOTS of picies.

Well if you had read my post you'd have known I was discussing the THREAD TITLE or SUBJECT LINE which was not at all clear. I see the subj line has now been made much more helpful, so thanks for that.jdtech wrote:Well if you had read the whole post it says he will post pictures soon

Yup lots of pics from me to, I saw both under constuction last year so can't wait for the finished product.
I do believe Mr. Selsig had a hand in the contruction of the underframe for the Pickering, which by the is, if you haven't seen it, increably small!

If by the Pickering, you mean the Ashbury 4 wheeler, then yes, I did. The only Pickering that has been in Blodge recently is the W&LLR carriage, which by no means of the imagination can be called small. I also had a hand in the construction of the CRV underframe.BruceB wrote:Garthion wrote:

Sorry about the size of em, folks, but you need to see the pics this big to appreciate the detail and deliciousness of the beastie.

Great pictures John. Shurely we must have one of the best vintage sets in the country now it'll be even better when 19 is painted in the same livery.
I also had a hand in its construction, i stood there and told Robco to get on with it.
