Tthose who have downloaded and installed or tried to install the Ffestiniog route ( Alpha version ) should note that it is now obtainable on CD, with stock and some activities for the ridiculously low cost of £2.50 Look on the Festrail site for info.
Although only an Alpha version and thus not finished and containing some errors, the route as it is now is very worth while. I suggest that narrow gauge enthusiasts might buy a a copy and give a donation to FR at the same time. If you buy the Alpha version you should try to identify errors and improvements and report back to the authors.
