unable to download

unable to download

Is it an April fools joke or an error.
Logged on as usual this morning, have premium access on top of screen, but when try to download, states invalid password, hwo?

Tried refreshing your cache etc?

If it continues, let me know and i'll reset the password and try it from here - sometimes accounts get confused (don't ask me why!) and resetting the password seems to resolve it.
