I think you may be best contacting them on their email adresses, can't recall seeing Mark on Forums, but he has a website where there will be email links

In the read me for the class 47s it does say that it is o.k. to reskin as you wish with the only proviso being that anyone using my work makes them available freely and not for a profit.
