MLSWVR installation instructions

Hello,
Has anybody else had problems installing the MLSWVR route?
The instructions seem vague, and after installation earlier, the route didn't show up in MSTS.
When the 'contents' of folders to be copied is mentioned, does it really mean copy the folder and contents etc?
