Trevithick!

Who wants to drive the first loco?

These are the first models by a designer new to the Austrian community: the first Trevithick loco and the rake of the Achensee rack railway.

If you try to download it will ask you to sign in.

Click on the line below the boxes and you will get asked for your name and email address.

Fill this in then check your email. You will get a password.

Try to download again and enter your passwoed and you will get in.

I just did it without understanding a word.

I trust the Treverthick loco has been made to x2 scale, as looks a lot bigger than the replica one at Ironbridge!

Are the wheels and flywheel meant to be these colours?

As far as I can remember the loco is all over black in most replica representations I've seen, this colour scheme is certainly original!

I downloaded it and liked it but the colours are a bit weird.

I sent it to PSP, desaturated the colours and used Effects/Artistic Effects/Chrome on the wheels (centre right on the ace).

Then I reduced it by 0.95 in SFM and this is the result..........

<IMG width="800" height="590" SRC="http://album.atomic-systems.com/showPic ... 9/Trev.jpg">

<IMG width="800" height="600" SRC="http://album.atomic-systems.com/showPic ... /Trev2.jpg">

The wagons are file ID 5576 and 6tonjim.zip from http://www.train-sim.com

The old Airfix model had it green with some red bits, if I remember correctly.
